Working out is a great way to stay in shape and you’ll have more energy too! Modeling can be fun and adventurous, but it can also be very very tiring if you don’t take care of your body. Have you ever heard the saying “the best poses are the ones that hurt/ uncomfortable but, create the best shots?” well it’s true! So, just imagine not being in shape and lacking energy due to minimal sleep, and shooting for several hours. Do you get the picture? 1. Do cardio exercises
2. Work out at least 3 to 5 times a week
3. Do body sculpting exercises
4. Design special workouts that focus on your tummy, legs, and buttocks
Eat fresh, organic, and clean foods. Fruits and veggies are quite the treat and are packed with oodles of vitamins. If you’re not in the mood for a full course traditional breakfast, have a smoothie, English muffin, or nutritional bar instead. Drink plenty of water. I chug down at least a gallon or so per day.

We come in all shapes, sizes, and colors. You don’t have to look like a victoria’s Secret model to be healthy. Healthy is as healthy does! Eat the right combination of foods, but eat in moderation. By all means take a load off by relaxing as often as possible and please don’t freaking starve yourself! Below you will find a few things that will help you relax at home and while you’re away. 🙂
