Industry Influence is a monthly music conference that is held every first Monday of the Month in New Orleans, La. at Republic NOLA (828 S. Peters St). It was founded in October of 2008 by Wild Wayne and Sess 4-5. Industry Influence creates an avenue for independent artists by assisting them in getting exposed in all aspects of the music business; from an educational standpoint. Attendees are granted the opportunity to network, get educated, and to view a showcase of some of the best talent that Louisiana has to offer. 
In celebration of the last Industry Influence of 2013, the hosts went out with a bang! There were two panels. Panel one featured popular DJ’s and panel two was so eloquently referred to as “The Distinguished Power Panel.” The place was packed and attendees were all ears. The artists’, that performed, had a stage presence that was through the roof. If you are a part of the entertainment industry and you were not present at this breathtaking event… look in the mirror and say “I’M STUPID” three times and perhaps Calgon or the Candy Man will take you away.
