However, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Refunds will not be issued. All sales are final. Return for exchange purposes is also prohibited.
- To clarify, returns or exchanges are also not allowed for special orders, on sale, or limited-edition merchandise. Such items also include, but are not limited to, Melanin Crown, accessories, and all other collection items.
- Additionally, we are not responsible for items that are not received and show a “Delivered” status in our system. On the other hand, if this situation occurs, contact U. P. S. or the courier service on record directly by referring to your shipping confirmation email.
Purchases Made Through Retailers
Contact the store/ retailer where you purchased your products for a return or exchange. Shop At Kei is unable to provide a return or exchange for a purchase made through a retailer.
